Her top is like a bikini top. The straps on the front go around her neck at the back (see right), like a halter. The straps that come from the center in the front drape down just below her ribcage and then continue around the back and meet at the center of the back part of the top. There is a little bit of sheer material hanging from the front center.
Her belt is asymmetrical. She wears something like bikini bottoms under her sheer, billowy pants.
Her top, belt, bikini-ish bottom, ankle straps, and footwear are maroon and the sheer material is a lighter shade. There are gold decorative elements at various places: The center of the front top has the largest, with a sort of upside-down triangle shaped sapphire; the center back, the smaller part of the belt, and every point where a strap connects to the top.

On the final design up top I left her hair simple. Another option is the image to the left, the original design. Her hair is pulled back into a high ponytail. The maroon hair tie has some sheer material attached to it that goes underneath the ponytail and falls to about shoulder length. And she has a gold--well, the best I can describe it is 'necklace'--on her forehead that goes up and attaches to the ponytail.

Face
I was told that she's supposed to look both sultry and sinister at the same time. But I guess not too overtly sinister. Hopefully I achieved that by giving her eyebrows a high arch, almond-shaped eyes with thick, dark lashes, and heavy eyelids, defined sheekbones, and dark lips.
